Push off the ground and hook the leg to sweep your partner, push off the floor, and pull up on the leg to get your foot out from underneath your partner

Armbars
Legs open a little bit later. Hold the leg over here on his leg

Star roll - partner breaks grip, grab the lapel with and that's hooking the leg, othet hand now pushes off the ground 2x as you spin around your partner's leg to your knee s.
- Be careful not to hyperextend your partners kneek
- Other option is to keep everything loose and just pick the leg up

When you stand up with the leg, if your hand is over the shoulder they will try and arm bar you if it's underneath they will try and wizard and put their hand on their own thigh, and scissors sweep right in the honey hole
