Work on standing in closed guard
Never let anyone close their guard
Start sitting in your combat base as someone's trying to slide in to closed guard
- Work the fist into the stomach and work 1.1 - 1.4
- Hands in the ribs to break the guard, hand moves yo control the hip and knee slide
1.7 - double under stack with both hands in the stomach, cat cow
1.8 - knee in the but, hands in the armpit
- standing pass 1.9
1.11 - person follows you up as you stand. Hands on the hip then straighten one arm and bend to the side pushing down on the knee as you've been back the other way
- 2006 arnolds stand and check the feet. If the person grabs your heels to push you backwards, you fall forward. Figure out which foot is on top and that hand goes in and pass
- Grab the hand and pass it underneath your partner's back. Shoulder in the chest, open the hip and push the knee down

1.10 when you stand and your partner goes underneath the leg, andre galvao knee through the ribs. Make sure that you're grabbing their opposite leg so they cannot do the star roll
1.11 and the person comes up with you, basically 1.3 standing - straighten your arm and bend off to the side to push the knee down - Clark Gracie
1.12 When you push the knee to the mat and the knee shield comes across, pull on the lapels and drop your elbow into the hip crevice
1.13 Hop back and leg drag
