W03 Gi - Passing Half Guard

***Notice that I'm using my outside foot to push and clamp on the leg sometimes when I'm in 1/2 guard on top***
Sit on the thigh with the half guard foot close to the body, other foot behind, wide knees. Grab the hip and bring the elbow to your own hip, blocking the knee shield. Work to flatten your partner out, but if your partner is good, you will only be able to grab the lapel.
3.1.1 push up and jump up in the quarter guard, knee pops out, work for under hook and flat in your partner out

3.1.2 and x choke - make sure that you open the lapel for the first choking hand and your elbow should be bent close to the mat, do not feed it in straight
3.1.3 no gi baseball bat choke
3.2 push up and jump up and then cut to 3/4 guard
Go into quarter guard and then back step into the honey hole
3.3 push up and jump up and the knee doesn't pop out. Make sure you let you grab the knee right away for the person cannot put that foot on the mat and base to push into you
3.5 partner gets the underhook, get the underhook back
3.5.1 Pummel
3.5.2 Bench press the personal way from you and lead with the elbow around to get the underhook
3.8 underhook, x choke - push on the
3.9 underhook, darce - nogi
3.10 underhook, guillotine as you drive in the mount - nogi
3.7.1 partner gets the underhook underhook, grab the shoulder or the lat and back step from half guard
3.7.2 Backstep from quarter guard
3.7.3 Backstep from quarter and turn back to mount
3.7.4 Backstep into the honey hole from three quarters mound
Knee shield.
1. Stopping knee shield by grabbing the hip
2. Grab the knee and the ankle with both hands and push it back across
3. Grab the collar on the pants back out and then spin the person into quarter guard
4. Leg drag the knee that comes across
5. Toe hold / Heel hook
Knee bar from top and Mikey lock
3.4 Revert back to guard passing by stuffing your free leg foot in the back of the knee - Go to side control or 3/4 mount
3.11 getting shoulder pressure, put the far hip on the mat, walk the knee up and grab your partner's knee and push it to the mat.
Get the underhook with the hand that just pushed the knee to the mat so your partner cannot push your knee back in the half guard. Shoulder pressure, pop your butt up in the air and drive shoulder pressure to pull your foot out by pushing on the hip with your other foot.
3.12 partners pushing your knee down, drop your hips and let them push your legs out
3.13 Ezekiel and Ezekiel from the back of the neck - paper bag choke
3.14 Ryan Hall roll to back. Along the way there is calf slicer, banana splits, wrestling guillotine, and then take the back
3.15 Grab your partners lapel by the tag and pick them up off the mat and spin them around to take their back the other way
