Back attacks - strong side - controlling the lapel
- cross collar choke
- lapel and hand behind the neck
Back attacks - strong side - controlling the wrist
- rear naked choke
- 1 armed rear naked choke
- bulldog choke
Back attacks - weak side
+ cross collar choke with the chin over the shoulder
- lapel and hand behind the neck
- rear naked choke - hand to the shoulder, chin to the shoulder, try to get the rear naked choke locked up before your shoulder hits the mat
- 1 armed rear naked choke - make sure that you're controlling the rist
+ bulldog choke with the elbow on top of the thigh
Back attacks - neutral - armbar (3)
- quick arm bar with no footwork
- quick arm bar with footwork
- grab the wrist grab up and over the shoulder for a two on one, switch to a figure four, foot on the hip, elbow around the head, arm bar
- Bow and arrow
- When they slip / sinks their head out underneath the choking arm, go for the arm bar
- Cross bow - when they try and turn into you anyways choking themselves, knee in the back of the neck bow and arrow when they try to turn back into you
- Grab the opposite arm from the last arm bar, put your foot on the forearm and push into the arm bar
If the person turns away - turn away on their side - triangle the arm and finish the straight arm bar
If the person turns back in - if they turn back into you, your body side leg ends up on close side of the neck and the head side leg ends up over the neck and on the far shoulder

- Or take the leg around the front and close to triangle for the trash compactor
- add taking mount as the person escapes their back to the mat
