Ankle picks for both gi and nogi
Lasso
- Sweep to bicep slicers
- When your partner passes to side control
- grab the pants hip escape put the knee in and sweep
- bicep slicer when the person passes
- straight arm lock on the arm that's going over the shoulder

- if the arm slips out, grab it with your legs, push away on the neck and go for the reverse triangle.

- hook the leg from the inside without the knee in and sweep??? Wrap the arm and then go under the leg...
- Double spin, going for the last of sweep and then turn all the way around, not really double, to Uma palada and triangle
- if your partner rolls from the omipolata, pull the arm in, back step and triangle from the top
- if your partner starts to posture and pull the arm out, there's a knee bar on the opposite leg or the near leg. Opposite leg from the arm that's lassoed is easier
The second foot that moves to the hip, that leg whips around the outside and kicks the person in the asshole
