Partner standing and you're trying to crawl around them, just a strength and control drill
Double ankle sweep
Tripod sweep
Sickle sweep to chest crusher. Just grabbing your hands together and pushing into the person's chest
Sickle sweep to arm triangle. Go a little bit deeper and grab your own bicep putting the hand on top of the forehead.
Waiter sweep with regular / same side sleeve grip
- As your partner stands, hook one ankle press out on the inside of the leg above the knee with
your other hand.
- Can also go for the arm bar while the person is still on top
- or sweep then armbar belly down or regular back down. Make sure to open your guard as the person falls and you should basically land in s mount
Waiter sweep with cross grip or regular grip.
- holding the sleeve, control the leg and pull it up as you swivel your foot out from under their back and roll on your side up in the mount. This time make sure you open your guard right as your partner is about to land on your leg.
Waiter sweep with cross grip
- grab the cross grip and pass the arm underneath the leg. Grab the shoulder and turn for the umaplata. Bring the elbow around the leg. Grab both the pants and the arm with the arm that's hooking the leg
- pass the cross grip arm underneath the leg, go for the Uma plata and swing back for the triangle

If you grab the leg from the outside you would move into single leg x
grab both lapels and pull your partner forward so they fall and put their hands on the mat. Go for the armbar.
